Slow Flow is a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself in the heart of the day. Designed for all levels, this class offers a quiet sanctuary away from the movement and noise of everyday life, inviting you back into your body through slow, mindful sequencing and soothing breathwork. It is a space to release tension, create softness, and return to your inner steadiness before moving into the rest of your day. Our mornings are often lived at speed, juggling work, family, responsibilities, and the mental load of daily life. By midday, the body can feel tight, the mind full, and the nervous system overstimulated or fatigued. Midday Slow Flow gently counterbalances this pace with grounded movement and calming transitions that support a physical and mental reset. Throughout the class, movement is slow and intentional. We explore shapes that encourage spaciousness through the joints and softness through the muscles, giving you time to truly arrive in each posture. Rather than rushing, we linger long enough to allow the body to open naturally, without force. Each posture is guided with ease, creating a practice that feels supportive and unhurried. This flow honours your unique energy and invites you to show up exactly as you are. Some days the practice may feel deeply restful; other days it may gently awaken strength or deepen your connection to breath and sensation. You are encouraged to listen inwardly, choose variations that feel right for you, and move at a pace that supports your body and mind. Midday Slow Flow is not only a physical practice, it is a space to settle the mind. Through steady breathwork and gentle cueing, awareness softens and mental noise begins to quiet. Cancellation Policy

By booking a class with Soul Circle, you agree to the following: Bookings & Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your space. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, classes may be rescheduled at the discretion of Soul Circle, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed. Arriving for Class Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the space for others. Health & Wellbeing By booking, you confirm that you are fit to take part in gentle physical activity. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before the class. If in doubt, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending. Personal Responsibility You take part in classes at your own risk and agree to listen to your body, resting or adapting poses as needed. The practitioner’s guidance does not replace medical advice. Class Changes Soul Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if necessary. In this case, you will be offered a transfer or credit.
