I'm Jenna

Soul Circle grew from my own journey of questioning, evolving and learning to trust myself in a completely different way. I wasn’t always someone who noticed the things I notice now, or who had any real understanding of intuition, energy or spirituality. For a long time, I lived much more from my head - worrying, comparing, second-guessing myself and trying to work things out from the outside in.

Through my own experiences, spiritual practice and a lot of questioning, I became increasingly aware of the things happening beneath the surface of everyday life. I became curious about why we feel what we feel, how much of what we carry is actually ours, and what can happen when we start paying attention to the quieter parts of ourselves.

That curiosity has never really left me.It has taken me into places I never expected to go, and continues to shape the way I see people, life and the work I do.

I’m not interested in spirituality that asks us to escape real life. I’m interested in the kind that changes how we experience it. The kind that makes us more honest with ourselves. More aware. More trusting. More willing to follow the things we can’t always explain.

That is what I bring into Soul Circle. I work as a spiritual guide and healer, creating spaces for people to explore what is beneath the surface and move through whatever is unfolding in their lives.

Soul Circle is deeply personal to me. It is the place where I bring together everything I have learned, everything I continue to discover, and the work I feel most called to do.
