By booking a class with Soul Circle, you agree to the following: Bookings & Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your space. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, classes may be rescheduled at the discretion of Soul Circle, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed. Arriving for Class Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the space for others. Health & Wellbeing By booking, you confirm that you are fit to take part in gentle physical activity. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before the class. If in doubt, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending.
