Service Description
A gentle wind-down practice designed to help you transition from the pace of the day into a calm, restorative evening. This all-levels class offers a welcoming space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement and steady awareness. As the day comes to a close, the body often holds onto tension from work, responsibilities, and mental busyness. This class supports you in releasing that buildup through slow, deliberate sequences that invite softness and ease. Movement is unhurried and intentional, allowing you to arrive in each posture and move with awareness rather than effort. The flow focuses on gently opening the body, easing tightness in areas such as the shoulders, hips, spine, and neck, and encouraging a sense of spaciousness throughout. Each sequence is designed to feel grounding and supportive, helping the body unwind naturally while maintaining stability and comfort. You’ll be guided to move in a way that feels nourishing for your energy, with options offered so you can honour your own pace and needs. Breath plays a central role in this practice. Through calm, steady breathing and gentle cueing, the nervous system is encouraged to settle, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to relax. This creates a shift from the stimulation of the day into a more restful state, supporting emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of ease. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those looking for a more mindful practice. Mats and props are provided, and the space is intentionally calm and welcoming, allowing you to arrive just as you are and feel held throughout the class. By the end of the practice, you’ll feel more open in the body, calmer in the mind, and grounded in your breath. This class is an ideal preparation for a restorative evening and a good night’s sleep, helping you let go of the day and move into the night feeling relaxed, centred, and at ease.

By booking a class with Soul Circle, you agree to the following: Bookings & Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your space. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, classes may be rescheduled at the discretion of Soul Circle, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed. Arriving for Class Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the space for others. Health & Wellbeing By booking, you confirm that you are fit to take part in gentle physical activity. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before the class. If in doubt, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending. Personal Responsibility You take part in classes at your own risk and agree to listen to your body, resting or adapting poses as needed. The practitioner’s guidance does not replace medical advice. Class Changes Soul Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if necessary. In this case, you will be offered a transfer or credit.
