Service Description
There are times when you can feel that something is getting in the way. You may not be able to put your finger on exactly what it is. You may simply know that you're not moving in the way you want to, that you're carrying something you can't seem to shift, or that there is a life you can sense is possible for you, but you can't quite seem to get there. This is where my work begins. The body holds on to so much. Experiences, emotions, fear, protection, old patterns and ways of coping can stay with us long after the circumstances that created them have passed. Sometimes what once protected us becomes the very thing that stops us moving forward. I work with those layers. I can see where energy has become stagnant, where something is being held and where there may be something within your energetic field that is influencing the way you are moving through your life. From there, I work to clear, release and shift what no longer needs to be carried. The intention is not simply to make you feel better in the moment. It is to clear what is in the way of you living the life you are here to live. And sometimes, I receive something you need to know. A message. An image. An understanding. A sense of where you are being guided next. I share what comes through and, where appropriate, offer guidance around what I see. These sessions can be particularly supportive during periods of transition, when you are making a significant decision, beginning something new or feeling that you are ready for your life to change. You also don't have to know exactly what needs to be healed before you come. You just need to know that something needs to move. My role is to help clear what is standing in the way, strengthen your energetic foundation and help you move forward with greater clarity, certainty and trust in yourself - towards the life that is waiting for you. **Distance doesn’t limit what can be felt.** 1:1 energy healing sessions are also available online. Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with Soul Circle, you agree to the following: Bookings & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your space. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Soul Circle, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed. Arrival Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the space for others. Health & Wellbeing By booking, you confirm that you are fit to take part in gentle physical activity. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before the session. If in doubt, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending. Personal Responsibility You take part in sessions at your own risk and agree to listen to your body, resting or adapting poses as needed. The practitioner’s guidance does not replace medical advice. Session Changes Soul Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session if necessary. In this case, you will be offered a transfer or credit.
