Invest in your own wellbeing and spend a nourishing day lovingly tending to the body, mind, and soul with experienced facilitator Tom Shanti.
The mini retreat will include three main sessions. We begin with gentle, relaxing yoga asana alongside balancing pranayama (breathwork) practices, helping you to soften, release tension, and reconnect with your breath and body.
This will be followed by simple and accessible T’ai Chi Qigong exercises inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. These flowing movements support the natural flow of energy through the body, cultivating balance, vitality, and inner harmony.
During the day you will also be guided through a meditation designed to encourage calm, clarity, and a deeper sense of peace within.
