Exploring Prana, Mudra & Yoga Nidra
What to expect?
A gentle and mindful practice incorporating movement, pranayama and deep relaxation. A space to simply be, soften and release some of the emotional and physical holding we so often carry. An opportunity to slow down, deepen awareness and reconnect with yourself. Followed by tea, snacks and space to gently land afterwards.
Prana – the universal life force energy that flows within and around us.
Mudra (gesture/attitude) – subtle hand gestures and energetic seals that can influence mood, perception and awareness, helping to deepen concentration and connection.
Yoga Nidra – often described as a conscious form of rest; a guided meditation practiced lying down that invites deep restoration and nourishment for every layer of yourself.
