Meditation is a fresh opportunity to blossom in each moment, whether you have meditated before or not. Each meditation invites us into the breath, and with every breath we are guided to connect with our Inner being and heart. As we connect with our Inner self, we open the doorway for our outer expansion.
Meeting at 7pm each Wednesday, we will begin at 7.30pm, working with a unique crystal each week as a portal and doorway, before gently moving into a guided meditation. Guided meditations are a beautiful way to calm the mind and bring focus, preparing us to step into the natural flow of silent meditation.
You are invited to sit in stillness until the sound bowl calls you back into full embodiment at 9pm, though you are welcome to leave quietly at any time, at your own pace.
