Service Description
Step onto your mat and into this transformative lunchtime reset, a nourishing pause in the heart of your day. This all-abilities yoga flow invites you to move, breathe, and soften, releasing tension from both body and mind as you step away from the pace of daily life. We’ll flow mindfully through accessible postures, guided with care to awaken the body, ease tightness, and gently lift your energy without pushing or depleting you. Conscious breath is woven throughout, helping to clear the mind, settle the nervous system, and bring you back into your body with presence and ease. As the movement slows, you’ll be guided into a short sound-healing infused meditation, allowing you to fully unwind, restore, and integrate the practice. Gentle vibrations support deep relaxation and clarity, creating space for stillness and soulful connection before returning to the rest of your day. This 45-minute lunchtime session mirrors Jenna’s Energiser Yoga Flow classes, which will be offered regularly throughout the week at the Soul Circle space. Designed to refresh rather than exhaust, the practice blends accessible movement, mindful breath, and sound to help you feel clearer, lighter, and more energised for the afternoon ahead. This free session is offered as a gift, a thank you for coming to explore the Soul Circle space and for bringing your presence and energy into it. It’s a moment to pause, move, and reconnect, a gentle invitation to step out of doing and back into being, before carrying that sense of balance into the rest of your day. A mindful reset. Cancellation Policy
By booking a class with Soul Circle, you agree to the following: Bookings & Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your space. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, classes may be rescheduled at the discretion of Soul Circle, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed. Arriving for Class Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the space for others. Health & Wellbeing By booking, you confirm that you are fit to take part in gentle physical activity. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before the class. If in doubt, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending. Personal Responsibility You take part in classes at your own risk and agree to listen to your body, resting or adapting poses as needed. The practitioner’s guidance does not replace medical advice. Class Changes Soul Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if necessary. In this case, you will be offered a transfer or credit.
